In London - our outreach teams work in the boroughs of Hackney, Southwark, Westminster and Ealing. We manage housing and community support projects across 19 boroughs in the capital, as well as some London-wide schemes.

Southern and South West England Regions - we manage services in Bath, Bristol, Oxfordshire, Reading and Milton Keynes. These include street outreach, complex needs housing, services for young people and around health and wellbeing, and skills and employment.

We also work with partner providers and organisations on projects across England, including work in six prisons across the south.
